We list your property across top booking platforms, manage dynamic pricing, and use professional photos and descriptions to maximize visibility. We also optimize your listing on our website and partner channels to ensure consistent, high-quality exposure.

All guest payments are securely processed through our reservation system. Once a booking is confirmed and the guest's payment clears, your payout is forwarded according to the agreed schedule. You’ll receive clear statements showing each reservation, payment, and fee.

We manage all guest communication—from inquiries and booking confirmations to check-in instructions, support during the stay, and follow-up after checkout. Our team provides 24/7 assistance to ensure a smooth experience for every guest.

This depends on how your property is listed with us, a lot of homeowners choose to handle all changeover, cleaning and maintenance themselves. However we are open to discussion on taking on full management on a property.

Until January 1st 2027 we will not be charging a a Joining or Management Fee, after January 1st 2027 the Management/Marketing fee of €50 a year will cover listing creation and updating and optimization, reservation management, guest communication, check-in coordination, marketing and content creating and ongoing support.

Yes. You can access your owner dashboard at any time. Through it, you can view reservations, block dates for personal use, track payouts, and monitor your property's performance. You remain fully informed and in control while we manage the day-to-day operations.
